We understand that sometimes you would need to cancel your sessions. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Our cancellation fees are also outlined in your Service Agreement.

Please note that a full fee will be incurred should there be a cancellation made less than the 48 hours notice.

Where possible, the therapist will use the time from the missed appointment to write reports, create resources or to liaise with other health providers (i.e., OT& physiotherapist), and services that are related to the individual.

*Please note that there is a no cancellation policy for Saturday appointments occurring during the school term.
