Medicare
Rebates for speech therapy are available for clients with a CDM (Chronic Disease Management) and EPC (Enhanced Primary Care Plan). This provides a rebate of $54.60 per session for up to 5 sessions per calendar year per individual. Please contact your local General Practitioner (GP)
to attain a referral.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We provide speech therapy and music therapy for clients who are self-managed, and plan-managed
Private Health Insurance
Speech therapy services are covered by private health funds' extras. Each individual's private health fund policy may vary so please check with your provider to determine your level of cover.
Self-funded
Privately funded speech therapy and music therapy.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the commencement of therapy session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost.
No cancellation policy is effective for Saturday appointments falling during the school term.
Our cancellation fees are also outlined in your Service Agreement. Where possible, the therapist will aim to use the time from the cancelled appointments to create resources, write report, or to liaise with other health and services supporting the individual.
